- a handful of chocolate chips or drops
- ½ – 1 ripe banana mashed
- ½ tbsp melted butter
- Cinnamon Sugar made from ¼ cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
- Icing sugar to dust
Makes one sandwich
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and in a bowl and set aside.
Preheat a frying pan or grill plate. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds or according to package directions.
Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter then place on a large plate and sprinkle the buttered side generously with cinnamon sugar.
Turn the tortilla sugar side down on the plate and spread with mashed banana, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Place the remaining tortilla sugar side up on top to form a sandwich. Use a wide spatula to transfer the tortilla sandwich to the preheated pan. Cook until crispy and golden then carefully turn and repeat on the other side.
Remove from the pan, slice into quarters and dust with icing sugar.
